Rt3 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the rt3 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to comply with all provisions set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the rt3 website and application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms apply to all rt3 platform users, including those who register an account, make deposits, use gaming services, or simply browse the website. rt3 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and users will be notified via an in-platform notice.
Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & User Security
To access the full range of rt3 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. rt3 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, unless there is clear evidence that your account was accessed without authorisation.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
- All personal information provided must be accurate and verifiable.
- You agree to notify rt3 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Rt3 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure account security.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Rt3 users are required to use the platform responsibly and comply with all applicable rules. Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit technical bugs, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rt3 platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or play on the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to use your account.
- Engaging in money laundering activities through the platform.
- Filing false claims or providing misleading information to the support team.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfering with system security.
Rt3 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the rt3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits are processed via supported local payment methods and will be credited to your account upon successful verification. rt3 does not bear any fees charged by third-party payment service providers.
Withdrawals may only be made to a registered and verified bank account held in the same user's name. rt3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the verification required.
Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to separate terms of use. Users are responsible for understanding the rollover requirements and withdrawal limits applicable to each offer before accepting any bonus. Bonus credits cannot be directly converted to cash.
Rt3 reserves the right to withhold or cancel withdrawals if fraud or a breach of terms is suspected, pending the outcome of an investigation.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Rt3 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times, free from technical errors, or suited to any specific user requirements. rt3 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform.
Rt3's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding any claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the rt3 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the property of rt3 and is protected under intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written permission from rt3.
Third-Party Links
The rt3 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. rt3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of such links is at your own risk, and we encourage users to review the terms and privacy policies of those websites.
Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension or Closure
Rt3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms breach, fraudulent activity, suspicious conduct, or upon request from legal authorities. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team.
Prior to account closure, any remaining valid balance will be processed for withdrawal once identity verification is complete, unless that balance is linked to activity suspected of breaching these terms.
Changes to Terms
Rt3 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or email. Continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the rt3 platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
